Atlas Air Service is a renowned aviation company with its head office in Ganderkesee located in Lower Saxony. More than 40 years ago the success story began with the construction of the airfield at Ganderkesee by Mr. Helmut Weyhausen and Mr. Jochen Weyhausen-Sauer.

Presently, Atlas Air Service has 250 fulltime staff members at four facilities in Germany. Further part-time employees and freelancers are part of the company which also cooperates with numerous sub-contractors. 

The company is Embraer Executive Jets Authorized Sales Representative and an Authorized Embraer Service Center. It is also a Cessna, Beechcraft & Hawker service center and offers Base and Line-Service for business aircraft at four locations in Germany.

Furthermore, Atlas Air Service takes care of managing the maintenance of the airworthiness of your aircraft based on the company’s certification as a Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization

A highly skilled team is at your disposal for non-destructive testing. Our NDT technicians are certified under level II and/or III and may test any type of aircraft.  

As part of our ATO we also offer pilot instruction and training: We cooperate with “Lufthansa Flight Training” utilizing state-of-the-art simulators provided by the Lufthansa flight school in this respect. Our skilled instructors will perform all required training courses regarding the Cessna Citation C525 series from initial type rating to recurrent training.  

At Atlas Air Service you may also charter jets of various sizes, load capacities and ranges for your individual flights. Currently we operate one Embraer Legacy 450 and three Cessna Citation jets which will take you to any destination throughout Europe - non-stop, safe and comfortable.

Out of originally 64 Cessna retailers Atlas Air Service remains the sole entity in the European and Mediterranean region.

Atlas Air Service is appointed Cessna Aircraft Sales Representative (ASR) for the region of the Federal Republic of Germany – and since then was awarded four times the most successful Cessna Representative worldwide

Legal status change to Atlas Air Service AG as hundred percent legal successor of the former GmbH (LLC.)
